I'm sure this happens to you. Friends know you write with a fountain pen and they buy you ink for birthdays, holidays, etc. because to them “ink is ink.” (If they only knew.)

So, I just received a bottle of J. Herbin ink Gris Nuage. It is unopened and the $10 price tag is still attached. I have tried a sample of this (thank you Goulet Pens) and found the Gris Nuage better for illustration not written text as it is too light for me. As such, I would be very interested in trading this bottle of ink for any of the following:

Diamine Blue/Black
Diamine Denim
Diamine Graphite
Diamine Gray
Diamine Midnight
Diamine Prussian Blue
Diamine Teal
Diamine Twilight

Montblanc Permanent Grey

Noodler's Bad Blue Heron
Noodler's Lexington Gray
Noodler’s Navy
Noodler's Squeteague

Pilot Iroshiziku Kai-Jan
Pilot Iroshiziku Tsuki-Yo

Private Reserve Ebony-Blue
Private Reserve Midnight Blue (fast dry or regular)

Rohrer & Klingner Blu Mare

The goal is to trade for ink I'll use. I'm not too worried about dollar for dollar value. So if you've tried the ink and don't for whatever reason like it, here's your chance to get something else.

Please can contact me here: mcahlin@comcast.net. Also, up for ink suggestions. Thank you.
